Returns and Exchanges

Hopefully it will be love at first sight and a perfect fit when you receive your Sable Cloud package, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us immediately by emailling [email protected] (within 14 days of receiving your item(s)).  Please bear in mind that every piece of jewellery here at Sable Cloud is made by hand in Cornwall.  There may be slight variations in your finished item compared to the item pictured on the website due to the nature of handmade items. 

 

IF YOUR ORDER IS FAULTY

If your order contains an item that is faulty, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe to report the fault.  You may be required to provide proof of the fault.  In most cases an exchange or full refund will be offered, depending on the timeframe.  If requested, the faulty item must be returned to Sable Cloud Jewellery.  The cost of the return postage from the customer will be refunded in cases of faulty items.

 

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND

If you change your mind about an item you have purchased, you must contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving (or first attempt at delivery) the goods ordered to request an exchange or refund.  We will accept returns on items that have not been worn or damaged in any way, with their original packaging. 

Please note these items are non-returnable

  • Pierced jewellery, such as earrings.
  • Sale or promotional items.

 

To return an item:

  • Email [email protected] detailing why you wish to return item(s) and request a returns form
  • We will email you back with a returns form
  • Either print and fill out the returns form to return with the item(s), or email a copy to [email protected] (remember to inform us if you would like a refund or an exchange)
  • Return item(s) and form safely packaged within 14 days

 

The cost of returning any goods is the responsibility of the buyer.  We advise that item(s) are shipped using an insured method of postage such as Special Delivery service (UK) or your country's equivilant of International Tracked & Signed if sending from outside of the UK.  Any loss or damage of item(s) while in transit to us may mean that we are unable to offer you a full refund.  We can only process returns, exchanges or refunds once the item(s) is/are with us, and not in transit to us.  Return shippinng costs are non-refundable.

For any item judged to be damaged due to improper use or when reasonable care has not been taken by the customer, Sable Cloud Jewellery may claim against the customer for damages and breach of statutory duty.  This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Receiving a refund:  Once your returned item has been received and inspected we will send you an email with details of the refund.  Once approved, credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

Receiving an exchange:  Once your returned item has been received and inspected your replacement item of the same value will be dispatched.  If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value you will be expected to pay the difference before your new item is sent to you.  We will send you an email detailing how to pay the difference.

If you return goods without notifying us and without completing a returns form, we may find it difficult to match the goods with your order and your exchange or refund may be delayed.


It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they are returnded to us.

 

Please note that we can only process items for returns, exchanges or refunds that have been bought from Sable Cloud Jewellery.
